Your Benefits at Work

Your benefits are a valuable part of the rewards of working at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

We invest in employees through a comprehensive package that represents much more than just competitive pay and benefits. Through our competitive benefits program, we strive to demonstrate our commitment to you.

There are no guarantees in the collective bargaining process – your benefits would be subject to negotiations. You could end up with the same, more or less than you have now – and the union will expect you to pay dues no matter the outcome.
